Dayna has been in the fitness industry for more than 17 years. She received her BS in Exercise Science in 2002 from Hardin-Simmons University. Being a personal trainer and a group exercise instructor, Dayna can tailor your workout routine to help you overcome any injuries or issue you may be experiencing. She has a NASM certification as a Corrective Exercise Specialist and a fully certified Stott Pilates instructor. As a wife and mother of four kids, she knows how hectic and busy life is, but understands the importance of making time for yourself to strengthen your body and mind daily. Barre and aerial yoga/Pilates instructor are also on her list of qualifications.
